This is an unplanned outage.
Last Friday, 12/1/2017, UWEC users experienced intermittent authentication issues when trying to access Office 365 services like email, Blugold Insider, etc... Those issues were caused by a misconfigured network load balancer running on the UWEC network. The load balancer configuration was fixed around 6p Friday evening, which resolved all Office 365 authentication issues.
