Qualtrics is working today! However yesterday, Tuesday, February 12, Qualtrics experienced an outage at one of our five data centers. We apologize for this outage and the problems it may have created for you. Here's why it occurred and what we're doing to ensure it doesn't happen again: â€¢ This outage was not due to a failure of Qualtrics' hardware or software, but rather the data center's power systems. â€¢ Both the primary and secondary power sources in the data center failed, impacting all of the data center's customers. â€¢ We are actively conducting a detailed post-mortem on the service delivery and quality of the data center until we can ensure prevention of this type of outage in the future. Ensuring 24x7 uptime for our client is extremely important to Qualtrics, and we take extensive measures to deliver it. Again, please accept our sincere apologies if you were impacted by this outage, and please be assured that we are working diligently to ensure this does not occur in the future.
