Student H (Home Drives) and W (DEPTDIR) drives are unavailable at this time. This outage was unplanned and LTS staff are working to restore service.

Resolution: Service was restored at 2:30p today. All student H and W drives are available now.

FollowMe Printing Service Interuption for Mac Users

This is an unplanned outage.

LTS is aware of an issue that may be preventing Mac OS users from using FollowMe print services and are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Other operating systems and devices do not appear to be impacted. Students and employees impacted by this issue can still print using a smart phone, other Windows computers in labs, or by connecting to the Virtual Lab. Resolution: Additional services were turned on for wireless networking to help prevent unwanted advertisement of a variety of items on the wireless network.

eForms Server Experiencing Problems

We are working on an issue with Currently clients receive a message; "Sorry! Process Director is unable to process your request. Please contact your administrator for more information."

Resolution: eForms Server is back up and running. No further issues are expected.

Issues Attaching Documents to Eforms

We are aware of a problem with not being able to attach documents to eforms ( and are working on it with the vendor.

Resolution: Issue has been resolved. So many people are now using eforms, the server ran out of hard disk space. Space has been increased so everything is now working.

Chrome Web Browser Update Notice

On Monday, February 24th, an update to the web browser Chrome will be applied to UWEC-owned devices. In this update, the browser Chrome will reflect improved privacy and security for web users. There is a potential for this update to cause some disruptions. For instance, publisher integrations in Canvas for McGraw Hill, Wiley, etc. may experience errors or loading issues. Fortunately, many applications have already implemented updates in preparation for this change. We are not asking or recommending that campus community members use a different browser; this update will also be applied to Firefox and other browsers in the near future. Personal devices either already have this update or will be updated soon. For more information, please visit the Chrome Announcement page: One recommendation we have if you experience issues is to clear the cache in your browser. If you have any questions on how to do that, please contact the LTS Help Desk. If you encounter issues related to Canvas, contact Tier 1 Canvas support, which is available 24/7 through the Help button in Canvas. We also recommend faculty reach out to their publisher representative. Please note that we still recommend Chrome and Firefox as the best browsers for using Canvas. Perceptive Content (ImageNow) Temporarily Unavailable

Perceptive Content (ImageNow) is temporarily unavailable for unplanned, emergency maintenance. This outage is required to restore Perceptive Content to full functionality and prevent data loss. We will send another notification as soon as service is restored.

Resolution: Perceptive Content service has been restored. You may login and resume using the software like normal.

Preemptive network maintenance was required in Nursing this morning, as a result from the power outage(s) yesterday afternoon. This maintenance was needed to to avoid, longer, unplanned service interruptions.

Resolution: The issues were resolved around 10am.

People Pages Editing Temporarily Unavailable

Editing for People Pages on Linus is temporarily unavailable. Public access to People Page sites on the internet is unaffected. Editing in Athena is unaffected as well.
