eForm Attachments Missing

We have been made aware that some eForms are missing attachments. We are currently working with BPLogix support to restore all attachments in the eForm cloud system.

Resolution: Attachments have been restored to the eForm cloud.

SCCM Outage (Computer Imaging and Software Center)

Microsoft is troubleshooting an update that failed earlier this semester and there may be interruption to both computer imaging and Software Center 11/30/2021 and 12/1/2021. Users that have a critical need to have an item installed from Software Center should contact the LTS help desk and put a ticket in with the installation request.

Account Lockouts

This morning, a denial of service attack left hundreds of UWEC users with locked accounts and no ability to sign in. Those users affected were able to sign in by 8:15a.

Microsoft SCCM Computer Imaging Down

A SCCM update was ran Friday after hours. The update failed to fully install and has caused some issues in SCCM. We have put a support ticket in to Microsoft to fix the issue. Until they respond SCCM imaging will be down. Software Center appears to be able to install applications correctly

Centennial Second Floor Lighting

Centennial second floor lighting controls were blown out after the power outage on Thursday June 3rd. At this time there is no way to turn the lights on or off from the current condition. We are working with Lutron to troubleshoot the problem. There is no timeline for the issue to be resolved.

VALT review video unavailable

Review videos for both VALT servers are currently unavailable. IVS technical support has been made aware of the issue and they are troubleshooting to resolve.

Resolution: Both VALT servers are now operating within normal parameters.

Unable to sign into Office 365 services like email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc

Microsoft is experiencing problems with their authentication system. UWEC users may be unable to sign into email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc..

Resolution: Office 365 authentication services are working as of 6:00p tonight

FollowMe Printing System Unavailable

This is an unplanned outage.

An unplanned outage of the FollowMe printing service is being investigated. They system may be unavailable until the cause of the issue is determined.

Resolution: FollowMe services are functioning again. LTS has not determined the root cause of this reoccurring issue. This only appears to be impacting mobility print users which are generally everything but Windows users. If this issue occurs again, FollowMe services may be unavailable for an extended period of time while working through troubleshooting steps with product support to narrow down the root cause and provide the necessary support information to PaperCut. Apologies in advance for any future outages that may occur until the proper fix is in place.

FollowMe Printing System Unavailable

An unplanned outage of the FollowMe printing service is being investigated. They system may be unavailable until the cause of the issue is determined.

Resolution: The FollowMe printing services were restarted and appear to be functioning again. Any Ricoh FollowMe MFD that may be stating retrying to connect to the server should resolve on its own. You can also try tapping an ID to login to force a refresh or power off the MFD and restart it.
