FollowMe MFD/Printer Security Maintenance Tomorrow Morning

Security related updates will be performed on all FollowMe MFD/Printers tomorrow morning. All units will stop functioning at 6:30AM through 9:30AM, or until a member of the sustainable print project team has reached that unit. All units need to be physically gone to for this update to be applied. The team will do its best to get units functional as quickly as possible throughout the morning.

Blugold High Performance Cluster Maintenance - BGSC2 Start Time: Monday, January 3, 2022 at 8:00 AM End Time: Monday, January 10, 2022 at 5:00 AM This is a planned outage. To avoid unplanned service interruptions in the future, preemptive maintenance and s/w upgrades are being applied to the BGSC2 cluster. The maintenance will be on going and will extend for the entire week. During this outage, all BGSC2 cluster users are asked to use the BOSE cluster or defer cluster use until the maintenance is complete.

Jamf Pro Server Outage (Including Self Service on macOS_

The Jamf Pro server, which is used to manage macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices, was taken offline for an emergency security update at 3pm on Friday, December 17th, 2021. Use of the Self Service application to install software and run various macOS actions will be offline till the update is complete.
